Refund policy
Digital products. Everything sold on this store is a digital file — a PDF guide, a printable sheet, or access to video lessons. Files are delivered immediately after payment.
Because the goods are digital and access is granted the moment your order is confirmed, purchases are non-refundable and orders cannot be cancelled once the download link has been issued. By completing a purchase you agree to immediate delivery and acknowledge that this waives any statutory right of withdrawal that would otherwise apply to digital content.
If something is wrong, we will fix it. This policy is not a way to avoid problems. Contact us if:
- a download link does not work or has expired;
- a file will not open, is corrupted, or is incomplete;
- you received a different product from the one you ordered;
- you were charged more than once for the same order.
In each of those cases we will re-send the files, replace them, or issue a refund where a replacement is not possible. Write to us with your order number and we aim to reply within one working day.
Duplicate purchases. If you accidentally buy the same product twice, or buy a guide that is already contained in a bundle you own, contact us and we will refund the duplicate.
Sharing. Your purchase is for personal use. The Teaching Edition additionally permits use in classes you run. Reselling or redistributing the files is not permitted.
