Someone declares. Someone else counts differently. A third person remembers the rule another way, and five minutes disappear into a discussion nobody enjoys.
It happens because the payout rules live in four different places — the card, the rulebook, house habit, and whoever is most confident.
Checked against the rules, then against real tables.
Every value, bonus and penalty on this sheet was cross-checked against the official rules, then tested in play — because the arguments that break out at a table are rarely about the rule itself. They are about the cases the rule does not obviously cover.
Those cases are the ones we spelled out: who pays on a discard, how self-pick and jokerless stack, and what a false Mah Jongg actually costs.
You're playing a 2468 line. You have a pair of 6s and two Jokers.
Instinct says: use a Joker to fill one of the Pairs. But you can't. Jokers are strictly forbidden in Pairs — only allowed in groups of three or more.
With the official card alone you would pause and re-read mid-game. One glance at the Yellow Box tells you exactly where Jokers are banned. Decision made in two seconds.

How do I access my files after purchase?
Two ways. The download link appears on the order confirmation screen the moment payment goes through, and the same link is emailed to you within about a minute.
Keep that email — the link stays live, so you can re-download whenever you need.
Can I get a refund?
Because these are digital files delivered instantly, purchases are non-refundable and orders cannot be cancelled once the link has been issued.
That said, this policy is not a way to avoid problems. If a link fails, a file will not open, you were charged twice, or you received the wrong product, contact us — we will replace the files or refund you.
Can I print the guides?
All of them. Every file is built for a home printer on standard paper, with type sized to stay readable when printed. Many customers print the Cheat Sheet and keep it beside the card.
Are updates included?
Yes, within the year you bought. If we correct or improve a guide you own, the updated file appears at your existing download link at no cost.
